• You have spoken with an artist about your project.
• You have received and confirmed booking dates for your service.
• Your project has been reviewed and confirmed by the artist you wish to work with.

2. Nature of Service

• You understand that you are purchasing a service, specifically a tattoo, and not a physical product.
• All services provided are subject to the artist's discretion and expertise.

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

• All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any product or service purchased through our website.
• By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you understand the no-refund policy.

4. Changes to Initial Agreement

• If any changes are made to the original project details discussed with the artist, whether via text, email, form submission, in person, or other means, the initial service/product you checked out and set up financing for may not be covered.
• You understand that any modifications to project details may require additional consultation and could affect the terms of your financing.

5. Disclosure of Information

• You agree to disclose all information requested by the artist, including but not limited to size, placement, and design details, to ensure the successful execution of your tattoo.

6. Pricing Guarantee

• If you complete a checkout on your own without speaking to one of our artists at Tagz Tattoo, we do not honor or guarantee the price for the service you checked out for. Pricing is only guaranteed if it has been confirmed directly with our artist.

7. Artist Verification

• You acknowledge that there are many scam and impersonation pages of our artists. It is your responsibility to confirm that you are communicating with a legitimate artist from our studio.

8. Financing Options

• If you choose to utilize Shop Pay or any other financing option, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by those payment processors.

9. Modification of Terms

• Tagz LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
